Located in the heart of St Andrews, at the back of the medieval "long rigg" garden of 56 South Street, the home of James and Diana Ferguson, Rigg’s End is a charming southfacing house, built in 2006 in a traditional local style with its own access from Queen’s Terrace, driveway and parking for at least three cars, and its own private gardens to the front and rear of the property. It makes an ideal base for visiting golfers seeking privacy and others who just want to explore this interesting and beautiful part of Scotland. Diana is usually available for advice on how to book tee-times and suggestions about what to see and do where to eat out, etc.

Accommodation

The house, which received a 5 star award from the Scottish Tourist Board, is superbly appointed and in immaculate condition throughout, has 3 double bedrooms, sitting room, a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), cloakroom with WC and laundry room. Lovely crisp cotton bedlinen and large fluffy bath towels are included and can be changed midweek if required. A luxury welcome hamper is provided.

Telephone, broadband internet access, TV DVD VCR and CD player/radio.

Tariff

High season: April until October £950 per week or £200 per night (minimum stay 3 nights) for whole house (up to a maximum of 6 people staying).
Low season: November until March £650 per week or £150 per night (minimum stay 3 nights) for whole house (up to a maximum of 6 people staying).
Saturday changeover; property is not available at Christmas or New Year.
